We are VERY short on time and I urgently need the following:

Consent form and cheque
Team route cards via email, including the team leader surname in the filenames
Memory Map files for your route (must be accurate) by email again including your surname in the filenames
I CAN'T COMPLETE NOTIFICATION UNTIL I HAVE THESE THINGS.

Hawkshead Expedition

CHANGE OF PLAN! The ferry has a broken engine so we won't be using it and you don't need that £5.

Remember:
Golds need 3 breakfast, 3 lunch, 3 dinners plus snacks and drinks
Silver need 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 dinners plus snacks and drinks
Bronze need 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner plus snacks and drinks
Everyone needs gas (threaded connection)

August Gold Expedition

The dates for this expedition will be 4pm Sunday 30th August to 8pm Thursday 3rd September. The venue for this expedition will be Grinton YHA in North Yorkshire. Cost will be £40 for assessment and £130 for training.

Record Books

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST HAVE A RECORD BOOK TO GO ON EXPEDITION. YOU WILL NOT SET FOOT ON THE COACH WITHOUT ONE!

Getting your Record Book - All levels

Bronze and Silver books cost £11.00
Gold books cost £16.50.

The mechanism by which new participants join the Award scheme has changed. You will need to complete an enrolment form which will need signing by a parent or guardian. Hand this form to Mr McWilliam with a cheque (MADE PAYABLE TO QEGS, NAME AND FORM ON THE BACK) to cover the cost of the record book.
