Bronze expeditions need in total: 2 x lunches, 1 x evening meal, then 1 x breakfast plus drink (including hot drinks such as soup or hot chocolate), lots of snacks and emergency rations.

Silver expeditions need in total: 3 x lunches, 2 x breakfasts and 2 x evening meals plus drink (including hot drinks such as soup or hot chocolate), lots of snacks and emergency rations.

Gold expeditions need in total: 4 x lunches, 3 x breakfasts and 3 x evening meals plus drink (including hot drinks such as soup or hot chocolate), lots of snacks and emergency rations.

Most outdoor/camping shops will offer discount to Duke of Edinburgh Award participants. Try Kenmar Camping at Spring Green Garden Centre near Sharlston or Mitchels Outdoor and Camping (CCC) near Horbury bridge. Remember to mention that you are from QEGS, and are participating in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award.

Yes. Membership = Insurance.

Yes, subject to my approval. You need to decide your groups by February half term as I need to complete paperwork relating to your group. However I may need to make changes to groups at the last minute for various reasons. (e.g. someone is ill and the group becomes too small to walk safely)

After Easter to ensure the details you put on the form are up to date. You won't be able to print one until after Easter as the link will be disabled.
